How to Set Caller Tune in Jio Through MyJio App

Step1: Download MyJio app from Play Store / App Store

Step2: Open MyJio app and select upper left menu

Step3: Select ‘JioTunes’ from the menu list

Step4: Listen to preview and select ‘Set as JioTune’ you can also search for your requested tune

Step5: Get confirmation screen, email and SMS on activation

How to Set Caller Tune in Jio Through SMS

• Send an SMS to 56789 (toll-free) with the first 3 words of your choice of song / movie / album
• You will receive an SMS with a list of songs matching your input with instructions on how to set the song of your choice as your JioTune
• Otherwise, you can SMS “JT” to 56789 and follow the instructions

How to Set Caller Tune in Jio Through JioSaavn app

• Download the JioSaavn Applicaation from Play Store or App Store
• Open the JioSaavn app and choose a song of your choice
• Play the song and open it in player mode and click ‘Set JioTune’
• To preview JioTune, tap on the play icon. To set the song you selected as JioTune, tap on ‘Set JioTune’
• Alternatively, you can tap on the 3 dot icon and tap on the Set as JioTune option to set JioTune
• Once your JioTune is set up you will get a notification

Note: If JioTune is not available for the selected song, the “Set as JioTune” option will be excluded or you will see “JioTune unavailable”. You can choose any other song of your choice to set as JioTune.

How to Set Caller Tune in Jio Like Friend or Another Jio Customer

• When you call another jio customer, press * (star) before answering the call
• You will get an SMS to confirm your consent
• You will have to reply to this SMS with ‘Y’ within 30 minutes and the selected JioTune will be activated on your Jio number

How to Set Caller Tune in Jio Through IVR

• Dial 56789 from the Jio number on which you want to set up JioTune
